K/R: which size BR ivory jeans?

The BR ivory jeans and sweater finally all arrived and I'm not sure which size to keep, so need your eye.
Photos 1-3 show the smaller size at full length. 4 is the same size tucked to shorten.
Photos 5-7 show views of the larger size; 8-9 that size shortened.
Neither pair is tight or uncomfortable. For those who have these, do they "grow" on wearing? At first I liked the smaller size. Now I'm leaning toward the larger ones. Would the smaller size be best with a longer sweater?
What do you think of the sweater?

Help! Which glittery look?

Playing in my closet with sequined tops for an event tonight. Which, if any look best?
1/2: tuxedo suit with taupe sequins
3: same tops with AT ivory wool pants
4. Same pants and tuxedo jacket with graphic sequined top over a polkadot silk shirt. I could also pair this top, with or without the silk shirt, with the tuxedo suit. I actually bought them together. I'm sorry that I don't have a photo.
Is the jacket too short for the high contrast white pants? The pants are not as long as they look in the photos ( they don't touch the ground).
Your thoughts and suggestions are welcomed!

WIW: Festive Angie Inspired Cowl and Blouse + Remixes

1. Inspired by Angie's blog post today and needing a festive outfit for a Christmas lunch with friends, I paired my silky blouse with metallic dots with a cream cowl-neck pullover shot with fine metallic gold threads and white Kut Diana skinny jeans. Later I switched the pumps for my SE putty Petty booties for class. How did I do? Do these pieces work together?

2. Trying a sequined top under the ivory jacket. To wear this out I need a long shiny tank under the bling because it's too short. The belt was a bit too long. Is this outfit worth working on? The sequined piece has cap sleeves.

3-5. This shows an earlier (Sunday) outfit with the same cowl sweater in #1. I felt frumpy in 3. #4 Shows the addition of the clutch, 5 adds the jacket which felt more modern and a small silk scarf to protect the jacket collar. The result felt better but I'd like to do better. I need your ideas.

6. Casualizing the last outfit to go to the movie Nebraska in the evening. There's that same cowl-neck for bling with those same Diana skinny jeans and ivory jacket.

Cowl neck sweater: Classiques Entiere
Jeans: Kut Diana Skinny sized up
Blouse: F21
Sequined top and blingy belt: Target
Skirt: JCrew Italian wool
Jacket: Wilson leather
Scarves: silk (unknown), white cashmere (Target)
Bags: both Elliot Lucca
Shoes: MeToo pumps, Born gold loafers, SE python Pettys
Please let me know your thoughts on these outfits and mixing of pieces. What works best? What suggestions for improving can you give me?

WIW: Sweater dresses and silver, taupe and white

I've been very busy with the Christmas charity and dressing very casual. We try to be sensitive to not looking too different from the people coming for gifts.
Below are some recent outfits for other times.
1. What I'm wearing today for my class. Following Beth Ann's lead of everyday festive, I've paired a F21 silver sweater over a BB white shirt with white Kut jeans and SE Petty booties. I'm showing sleeves 2 ways. Do you prefer white cuff out or not?
2. Same with the taupe velvet blazer from Kat to keep me toasty.
3/4. An ombré sweater dress you saw last year over a brown lace top and brown woven leggings. 3 shows a Target scarf for warmth. 4 is without the scarf.
5-7 is the black sweater dress that I wore for the picture competition (8 is the dress without the cardi). I wore it once without it's faux fur collar and again with it. 6/7 show the cardigan closed and open. This thrifted merino wool dress is only worn as a tunic over jeans or leggings as it feels too short on me just with tights.
I look forward to hearing from you what you like and what needs improvements. Suggestions welcome on anything. Nothing here is new and suggestions for editing are welcome.

WIW: Holiday looks and playing with thrift store finds

1. This is what I wore to Mass and to the Symphony today plus the skirt is thrifted. This shows simpler version of the outfit w/o scarf.
2. Same with leopard print scarf added for warmth. Which version do you like best? I suspect this skirt could be shorter. Your suggestions on anything about this outfit are welcomed. I wish I had better booties.
3. Another holiday outfit worn to A Christmas Carol. This is made up of old favorites and the boots desperately need replacing. Is the scarf too much?
4/5. Wide thrifted wool trousers tried after Angie's post Suggestions?
6. Avert your eyes if you don't want to see an old lady in a pink hoodie! After Angie's post on hoodies with jackets I found that I had this AT cashmere hoodie from the thrift store that was in a box to send to an aunt to deconstruct. Too youthful?
7. Same with a wool navy blazer (also thrifted years ago)...not the most modern style, but what do you think in general? Pants are trouser jeans.
I welcome your thoughts on what you think works and what does not and ideas for styling and improvement.
ETA: 8. What I wore for Thanksgiving...a repeat of a recent outfit with brown sequined cardi and sparkly brown shell. The sparkle doesn't show up in the photos. This was comfortable for cooking with a bib apron on top.
