  The silver sequinned top is gorgeous on you!  #3 is my favourite - I love the silver sequins and white pants.  It looks elegant and unexpected.  The jacket length looks just fine to me, too.

  Not a single way to go wrong here...You look great in each.  I adore the tuxedo suit in 1/2 but there is something really wonderful about #3 as well.  Maybe plan to attend a few more dressy events, just so you can wear all 3 iterations?  :)

  I love #3, but #1 is good, too. The top reads silver on my screen, too, and it goes beautifully with either outfit.LOVE!

  I vote # 1 . The black top and bottom provide good contrast to your sequined top. Very streamlined and elegant look. You will probably be one of the best dressed ladies there tonight. Have fun.

  I'm with Emily and love the surprise of the white bottoms, although, when I see your side image of the tuxedo stripe, that comes in as a close second, Joy, so either 3 or 1-2 would be my pics for your event.  Lovely way to glitz it up!  Have fun.

  I just checked before getting dressed. I'll wear #1 tonight. There are more occasions coming up. Thank you for your help. The top does look more silvery than taupe.

  I LOVE #1. There's something so classy and edgy and everything all at once about a tuxedo.

  Are those Born shoes? I was thinking of getting them but I have one pair of pointy-ish flats (that I don't really like) and I'm cutting myself off. No more shoes this season.
