Do these wide cropped pants work as culottes? I plan to have them shortened some. Which footwear is best with this? Patent peep toe wedge or flat ankle strap? First photo is top tucked, other is top out. I tried to lighten the photos to show more detail but it didn't turn out very well. I welcome your suggestions and comments.
