Angie's blog post moved me and I shopped my closet to find something that was similar to her ensemble for her mother. White jeans ( these are Diana skinnies) rolled to 4 inches above the ankle bone, Silk blue floral top worn out. Tan Fossil belt and ostrich skin textured leather bag, not pictured. Low heeled tan/nude pumps in first 2 photos changed to espadrilles ( gold fabric with tan ankle strap) for a more casual look for a meeting. A bunch of my real gold jewelry, including a coin pendant from Hong Kong, and gold tone MK watch.
Angie, I hope you approve. I am not much younger than your mother would have been and love your picks. I'm sure that your mother does too.

Angie, a Killer! This will be a favorite fall back outfit. When I was younger I wire mostly earth tones and maybe should give them a try again. Your affection for your mother is touching and appreciated by those old enough to be your mother :).

Firecracker and No Fear, thank you. This blouse is definitely a favorite for summer..my favorite type of print these days in favorite colors and it covers my arms without feeling hot.
