WIW: white skinnies two ways

I started out trying the pale green suit jacket with white as Angie suggested, although rereading that post, she probably means a white layer under the jacket.

It got too warm, so I decided to remove the tags on the linen Citron jacket and wear it.

Both are over a pale green silk tank.
Accessories are Franco Sarto snake loafers, MK snake belt, and scarf from Japan made from kimono cotton fabric. White jeans are Kut Diana skinnies.
These were worn for a diabetic support group meeting, a later haircut (hair is pre-cut), and a bit of shopping.
I welcome your comments and suggestions for styling. Is the scarf too much? Too much snake? I used a pale silvery satchel for a bag.

    You rock the white skinnies! Both jackets look pretty with them.
    I don't think you can have too much snake! :-)
    As for the scarf I would personally leave it out but I am not much into scarves lately...
    I need to show your pictures to my 69 year old mom to convince her that a gal can look modern and cool and completely age appropriate after 60! :-)

    Love both versions. Like Sveta, I would leave off the scarf...but there you go...that is just me. You look amazing in those white jeans.

    Love the scarf with the pale green jacket.  I prefer the Citron jacket without the scarf, mostly because there is enough visual interest with the jacket already.  The pale green jacket OTOH benefits from a little extra detail.

    You look gorgeous in both outfits, the jeans fit you perfectly.  You look like a celebrity or someone I'd expect to see on TV!

    Joy I missed your previous post and have now had a look so know what you are aiming for. The white is gorgeous with citron and a favourite of mine. I don't think you need the scarf at all unless for warmth. I'd like to see you rework the citron suit with a white underlayer too.

    Lantana, I want to try the white under layer with the green suit soon, so stay tuned. I was going to wear that today but it is just too hot for the lined jacket.

    I love the sage with the scarf (my favorite!) but would prefer the other jacket without.
