WIW: Many Neutrals, Spring Version

This outfit was inspired by a outfit at unefemme.com for which I have some pieces that come close. It is called ' Wear it again, Sam'.
Olive pants, black tee, lighter long linen cardi, black ankle straps, and very similar animal print bag. Does this work on me? I welcome all comments, thoughts and suggestions. All pieces are from my closet.

It's a great rendition of that idea, Joy. Une Femme does very well with long cardigans and so do you. I have a couple but struggle with feeling bathroby in them.

Fantastic outfit Joy! And a nice rendition of Une Femme's idea. I love your addition of an "arm full of bracelets". The Antonio Melano satchel is gorgeous and works well with this ensemble, adding a nice pop of color (and echoing the bracelets).

Yes! You look great, Joy! How ace that you have all the pieces! I particularly like your drapey trousers with those shoes and the long cardi.

Oh, well done! Yes, it definitely works for you.

    Works beautifully!

You look really good in this outfit. I think I need a long sweater like yours. It takes essential pieces to another level. The bangles and bag add the color that makes this outfit special. Une Femme has a wonderful, relaxed formula that I like, too.

Super cute. I really like the addition of the casual jewellery, Joy. Our Sam approves too.

Love the translation from inspiration to real life. The bag is so lovely.

WooWoo, a first Sam approval, I am honored! I need to get Mags to pose with me. She will do anything for a treat, but tends to get too enthusiastic. Thank you, Angie. I'm glad the jewelry doesn't look like too much going on.
I had I tended to return the long linen cardi last fall but it got packed away and rediscovered this week. I appreciate any ideas for styling and am happy that some of you think that it is ok on me. I like the weight for warmer weather.
Ummlila, El Cee, and Bonnie, I am enjoying the change of the longer cardi but am not sure I have proportions mastered. Thank you and Ledonna for noticing the bag. It was a gift from a dear friend and I like how the pattern gives an outfit a pop even though it is also basically neutrals.
    Shevia and Elizabeth,thank you.
Aliona, in R/L I think the joggers showed more leg skin that doesn't come across in the photos. I think that they will be summer workhorses if they are not too warm.

Fab rendition, Joy! I love the jewellery with this in particular. And the bag brings a lot to the outfit.

10/10.  Totally works for you - and in fact, I like your version very much ;) You are making me really think about picking up a long ivory or cream coloured cardigan like this.  This is twice I've seen one in the past two days, and now I think I need one.

Looks so good. I think the style ofcpants and shoes you are wearing make it a more modern version of your inspiration picture (which is lovely too). The jewellery is great!

Thank you, Sally, Suz, Lisa and Torontogirl. Your preferences are very helpful for me to see myself as others see me. I hope that the long cardigan/duster will give summer outfits some polish. I was concerned that I would look too stumpy in it.

Fantastic, Joy! I like everything about this outfit, and I find it really flattering on you. The bag and bracelets are so nice together and adding subtle color to the neutrals.

I like it. I may have to look for a long cardigan/duster myself.
