This is technically not a furry vest but mixed media of fleece, suede, leather and knit wool. It's from NAS 2015 and warm and cozy. This outfit is not as holiday as I'd hoped. I wore glittery snowflake earrings with it today after joining Tanya's challenge to wear something festive each day. Next time I'll pile on pearls. I'd welcome your ideas and comments.

I've loved that vest from the moment I laid eyes on it! And it looks gorgeous on you, Joy! I for one do think your outfit looks festive with the beautiful textural interest of the vest and the quilted booties. Casual chic and elegant with the earrings and your gorgeous polished 'do.
A pile of pearls will also work, of course :-)

Coming back to say that if you wanted to tweak the outfit with a bit more bling, you could swap out the quilted booties for metallic or patent ones, or a metallic or patent loafer, oxford, pump or even a sneaker.
Another fun look would be your fab vest and the same top with a pair of leather trousers or leggings, or coated jeans, or brocade or jacquard pants/jeans.

This is a great example of two Angie posts: the furry vest and today's post on texture! Love the light lapel and the way it works with your hair and lights up your face!
I've been adding a bit of festive every day, too (there's less room for a real Holiday capsule in my job -- I'm doing what I can). I love Inge's idea for patent boots, which I don't have. However, my red suede Munro's are seeing a lot of holiday action!

I love your vest! I love the black and white color scheme of your outfit. I think the earrings make it festive, they're just hard to see in the photos. In real life and up close, they were probably far more obvious.
