Sal’s June Challenge #4

Most of these will be a white bottom worn 3 ways. The first outfit is my EF heavy linen crops with a Japanese airline cobalt blue cotton jacket, white Vionic flats and pearls
The second outfit is the same linen pants with a black linen shirtover a white EF silk shell, silver EF espadrilles from last year.
The third version is the same pants with a Target white cotton tank under an EF small white linen poncho. My 3-year old granddaughter called me a white ninja. I used Coach silver loafers and silver bags, pearls and silver jewelry.

Love White Ninja look - fab on you! All outfits work - but the first one with cobalt blue jacket has the biggest impact - great look!

Thank you, slim cat. Yes the last look was most comfortable but the first with the blue jacket was the most satisfying.

All of them are great.  The blue kimono jacket is stellar, and White Ninja look is a beautiful summer outfit.

Thank you. Each of you has such fabulous style and are an inspiration to me.

Oooh! Love the first and the all white outfit especially!

Thank you, Angie and Suntiger. I plan on doing more with white pieces.

  • Sal replied 2 years ago

These are all lovely Joy - white out in particular.  Simple pieces but very effective indeed!!

I am waiting until I have three stylings of a piece to post (not there yet but will be by the weekend!!)

Thank you, Sal. I like the idea of posting all the versions of an outfit together it find I don’t always wear them in order

  • Katerina replied 2 years ago

WOW! Gorgeous outfits! The first one - the kimono outfit - is one of my favorites of yours ever, I had to come back to it several times and admire. The white ninja is also really amazing. I love the way you use your accessories - always a great inspiration. You look gorgeous. Pearls love you!

Joy, from now on I’ll think of you as the White Ninja.  These are all great outfits.  I really like the topper in #1.

  • Mary Beth (formerly LBD) replied 2 years ago

I LOVE all of these looks, but I am gasping over the fabulousness of t hatJapanese jacket.

  • Firecracker (Sharan) replied 2 years ago

All great outfits! I really like the White Ninja look. And that cobalt jacket is stunning on you.

  • Runcarla replied 2 years ago

You seem to have a special capsule of Japanese influenced garments (from your travels?) that lends a distinctive element to your outfits.  I love when you incorporate those items into your OOTD.  This set of outfits makes me feel several degrees cooler just looking at them.

Thank you, Katerina, JAileen, Mary Beth, Firecracker and Runcarla for your thoughtful comments. That cobalt ja keg was a freebie from a Japanese air.line from years ago. I almost wore it again today with different white pants but wore a shirt with dragons on it instead as both grandchildren are really into dragons right.now.
